This place is not brand new as I have stayed here off and on for about 8+ years however it smells new, looks new and feels new. The breakfast is expansive including eggs, sausage and potatoes, yogurt & fresh blueberries and granola, rolls, blueberry muffins, bagels and bread for toast and viola' waffles, ceral and boiled eggs and fresh oranges. Then there are a few choices of juice and coffees and teas. The dining area is exceptional meaning it is a warm room designed around a fireplace with warm dark furniture and alcoves looking out to a large enclosed area of patio with umbrella covered tables and grass, a courtyard like area. On the other side of the courtyard is a large indoor swimming pool and spa! This place is exceptional. Well worth the cost if you have a reason to come to Fairfield. My reason is to see my grandchildren. Besides the Jelly Belly Factory and Budweiser factory I cannot imagine another reason to come to Fairfield. I bet it is the best place to stay in miles and miles tho.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and very sweet, polite and courteous. The room, though dated, was very clean and the towels were really, really soft! The iron came in handy for a wrinkled scarf.

Everything was fresh and clean inside the room, paint floors, decor. No cigarette odor. No stench of homeless people, like I've experienced at other places. Very quiet and comfortable location.

It is a lovely hotel in a quiet setting in an up and coming business area of Fairfield, California. Things in the area are the Budweiser Brewery, The Jelly Belly Factory and Travis Air Force Base where I spent part of my life. It is a 39 mile drive to San Francisco and 24 miles to Napa which is on the other side of the mountains west (two ways to get there are a meandering two lane country road or the overused Hwy 12 which is often stopped up). We were there for Thanksgiving with family.
Due to the presence of Travis AFB it is somewhat of a transiet town but the outskirts, like the setting of this hotel, are quite pleasant.

Great location, 12 dollar parking fee wasn’t advertised, happy hour had an empty keg of beer and 2 horrible options for white and red wine. We are in the wine country and affordable good wine isn’t hard to offer. Slow wifi made it difficult to do work and the bed was old or worn out. Breakfast was ok, coffee was warm not hot and choices very basic. Staff was great and the hotel was clean.

It was just an overnight stop so we didn't have super high expectations. Things were generally okay, but we did find gum (in the wrapper) on the floor. Otherwise room was acceptable, which was all we were really looking for.

I stayed one night.
I stayed one night. The only issue that I had was my bathtub had very slow drainage. Taking a shower I was standing in ankle deep water as the water was not draining as fast as the shower was putting out.

clean, quiet - easy. we were in town for an early appointment next day.
although very clean, we didn't use the bathroom for other than toilet and teeth brushing.
the promised "hot" breakfast was less than typical "continental" quality. frankly, "continental" would have been an improvement.

DIRTY, BED WAS FLAT, PHONE DIRTY WORK, BAD SMELL I.
DIRTY, BED WAS FLAT, PHONE DIRTY WORK, BAD SMELL I. THE BATHROOM, PILLOWS WERE FLAT AND MOST OF ALL I FELT UNSAFE. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE THE CUSTOMERS NEXT TO ME WERE YELLING, CURSING, THROWING THINGS, THUMPING, ETC. DONT COME HERE. ANY MOTEL 6
When we arrived, room not ready. Was told to come back 40 minutes later. We did room not ready and was told hotel overbooked and we do not have a room unless will take single bed. We said no. We had to wait another hour to get a room and ended up missing the few innings of the event we were there to see. The reason for no room we were told is because the housekeeper fell down. The sink in the room we were given had a leak and we had to place towels underneath it.
Nothing went well. I was not permitted to check in. After driving for hours, the hotel was experiencing a black-out / power outage when I arrived. It had started at 8:00pm that evening and I arrived at 9:00pm, waited for 30 minutes for some news about when power would be restored. Finally, I left. An expedient and timely refund would go a long way to making me feel better about the whole thing.
I happened to be amongst a very rare group of people that could say they stayed in a brand new hotel. Just opened July 2023. Couldn't have been nicer! Every employee that I encountered from housekeeping all the way to the front desk was as pleasant as could be. Probably also partly due to the fact that they are amongst a rare group of people that can say they get to work at a brand new hotel.
Room was recently remodeled. Excellent tile work and well appointed within the price range. The owner and his wife greeted me personally. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurant. (Be sure to walk to the light at the corner. The street is super-busy and jay-walking won't save much time because the restaurant is near the corner.)
The location was perfect as we went for thanksgiving at my adult son's and he lives just 3 1/2 miles away. We are familiar with the area and knew exactly where it is. It is a brand new hotel. There are two lovely hotels just across the street that are also apartment style.
Nothing I wanted to check in at 10 am but they wouldn't let me they said check in was at 4 pm what good is it to get a reservation if they don't want to obliged by it so I left went and got another hotel much nicer one and I sent him an email saying cancel my reservation
I like that there were several resturants in the area (walkable) as the hotel breakfast (which was supposed to have been included from day one) wasn't available and when it was I was disappointed.
The girls that worked the front desk were wonderful. I have never had such wonderful service with hotels. They went out of there way to help me anyway they could.
