I smelled cigarettes, I'm asthmatic, I couldn't complain because there was no one there. shower without hot water, shower broken, water splashing everywhere. Broken room heater, won't heat up.

excellent staff, room smells like frying, bed is noisy, you couldn't move, horrible, what a noisy bed, we didn't sleep at all, I would like my money back, zero rating for comfort, it wasn't worth the 178 dollars I paid, the worst value for money in the region!
