We picked Kelso as we had two races we were participating in and this was the midway point for both. About an hour and a half from each. It was a pretty little town. We had dinner in town one afternoon and it was surrounded by mountains.

The girls at the front desk were very nice.
The girls at the front desk were very nice. It was downhill from there. Had to change rooms because mattress was so awful. No microwave which there was suppose to be. No coffee maker. Shower floor had been painted to coverup that which needed to be replaced. Unfortunately I have to say “ Stay somewhere else”

Just don’t advertise what you don’t have!
Just don’t advertise what you don’t have! No pool no breakfast lumpy beds noisy heaters burned out lightbulbs burns in the bed blanket doors are obnoxious to open and can hurt you or your child if not careful
I requested a room on the top floor for my second night stay and was accommodated gracefully by the manager. Her hands were tied on these subjects so I am hoping the owners of this location will respond. I travel a lot and I took a chance on the super 8…I know…my bad…but come on guys at least provide the services you advertise and don’t use covid as your excuse. I find better and more services at other businesses in this state for the same price!!

I am very positive that you had a Gideon Bible in the room.
I know some companies are not having them placed in their
Inns. So, thank you very much for having the Gideon Bibles in your
facility. Steven Dunlop .

I would not recommend this hotel at this time.
I would not recommend this hotel at this time. The spa and pool were closed. Breakfast was not served either. You can stay at the Best Western in Longview for $11.00 less for 2 nights. It includes breakfast of eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. Their spa and pool are also open. It did have a wonderful bed and the wetbar was nice to have.

i was disappointed , they put a strong chemical in the tub and sink because both are plug water not draining, the room we are suffocated in the room with smells and i started getting dizzy,x i have paid early check in the amount $20 dollars
we did not stay in the room we left and have some fresh air, we get back to the room still smells strong so i decided to call and pack all my things to cancel my reservation that was around 2ish, i did not stay in my room for 5.5 hrs.. we left the room due to the smell. but anyways i check time was 3pm, i paid an early check in ..
WE were greeted by a very smiley and friendly Dahlia, she was very through in checking us in and advising coffee would be on at 6 am. We left at 430 am and dahlia already had coffee ready for our to go cups, she greeted us and wished us a safe journey and gave us the easiest route out of town.
It was a bit hard to find as its not right off I5 but google got us there.
We were pleasantly surprised for an older hotel that it was so clean and had been updated fairly recent.
Room was freshly redone and very clean. Employees were all friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable, and linens and towels looked brand new. The TV only offered streaming services, but that was fine with me. Nice closet/clothing storage area. All in all a clean, comfortable stay in an economy hotel.
Unfortunately we did not rise early enough to take part in the breakfast offer. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and courteous. We slept very well, the hotel was nice and quiet throughout the night. The parking lot was spacious and secure. I didn't feel I had to worry about theft or vandalism.
It was what I expected. The check in was quick and effective. Room was clean and, for the most part, quiet. This hotel served breakfast, which was part of the amenities at sign-up prior to the trip, which was unlike the other hotel booked on this trip.
The staff was most accomodating when a medical emergency caused us to extend our stay.
when in the Kelso or surrounding area we will be sure to stay here at the Best Western Aladdin Inn! and we will recommend this property to our friends.
The breakfast was very good. Location was good. The State patrol cars made us feel confident and safe, I guess they stayed at the place. The food area appeared to be clean but should have someone to wipe things down in between guests.
the property was ok, it smelled clean, the parking lot was clear and clean. the hotel itself is quite dated. of course keep the staff because they were very nice and informative about Kelso and the best places to eat.
The breakfast was good for a hotel that doesn't have an on-site restaurant. It was a very nice set-up, and I woke up early, so it was nice to have it available so early in the morning.
We arrived late (planned) and stayed there as an overnighter on our way to somewhere else. It was located near I-5. The staff were all nice and did their best to be helpful.
The entire staff was fabulous, it’s like I went back in time to when people cared about their customers. I will now make this my regular place when staying in Kelso.
That it was very clean, maid service was great, breakfast was very good, better than 2 weeks B/4, hotel was busy & this time breakfast was stocked very well
