This hotel charged too much for the shape it was in.
This hotel charged too much for the shape it was in. Poor condition and room was dirty. Will never stay here again. When we opened the little refrigerator it obviously had not been cleaned. Exploded soda all over. The bedding was old and tattered. The bed looked so sloppy. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. There was a lid off something laying on the floor by the toilet. Just a poor quality room for the price charged!! Never again!

Only needed 1 night stay, had 2 rooms booked. Very clean.
Only needed 1 night stay, had 2 rooms booked. Very clean. Bathrooms look updated. Room is very small (if you have children) but comfy and clean. Offered a small breakfast. Only complaint is I booked 2 rooms way back but they were not close together when checked in. Plenty of eat places around and gas. For a one night lay over it is perfect.

Good Value no frills. Renovated Motel. Love the retro feel. Could be updated better but it was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. A/C and Fridge worked great. TV was a good size. Had Dish and Netflix. Lots of dining options very close. Ate at Gators Dockside. Solid Sports Bar. Checked all of my blocks for a 1 night stay. Will be booking again for another trip in 2 weeks. We were just passing by…and thought we picked a good hotel!
We were just passing by…and thought we picked a good hotel! Don’t go there to Baymont wyndham!!!! Run away as fast as you can!!! Filthy, they said they ran out is hand and shower soap, floors were dirty and you could see daylight from under the door….bugs!!! Husband had a bug in his belly when laying down in the bed. Slept with the lights on all night. Didn’t know what kind of bug it was…didn’t look like a bedbug…might have been a roach. Husband squished it so couldn’t tell. We had to go to the store to by hand soap/shower soap! They closed the gym and didn’t provide the breakfast and blamed COVID. We spent the next night at Spring Hill in Macon and they provided the breakfast!!! Will NEVER stay at a Wyndham hotel AGAIN!

We stayed in the King Suite and it was fantastic!
We stayed in the King Suite and it was fantastic! Everything was in perfect condition. The shower had the best water pressure and temperature. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, respectful, and very helpful. Cracker Barrel is across the street so we also had an excellent meal. I will always stay here when we're in Lake City.
This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We called on our way and asked for a downstairs because of our dog. They charged $20 more which we accepted but when we arrived it was awful. No toilet paper. We had to call. A pole lamp with no shade. The furniture was cheap and broken. No drain stopper in sink or tub. Baseboards thick with dirt. Uncomfortable beds. Horrible towels. I wouldn’t wash my socks in the pool. Cheesy lobby. The only saving grace was no carpet. DONOT STAY. Poor staff. They were nice.
The front office lady is very sweet and tries her best to make sure everything you need is accessible! She always greets you with a smile! I've had to stay several days due to my house not being quite ready to move in and it's been very comfortable and we have enjoyed our stay. The owners are updating the rooms and they look beautiful! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting lake city!
The new owners are really fixing the motel up and making it look nice. The manager and her husband Jerry are super nice and highly efficient. In the middle of hurricane evacuations they remained calm and compassionate to the needs of their guest. The other hotel staff was also there and people to assist with the needs of the guest.
It is a smaller hotel and older, but cozy and clean. It was in a good location, close to a few good restaurants like Bob Evens, Dennys, Waffle House, Ruby Tuesdays, and Cracker Barrel. It was also close to highway I-75 with easy access.
The staff was friendly and helpful!
Didn't have breakfast, you booked hotel in the wrong state. I asked for lake city, Minnesota. You booked hotel in lake city, Florida,, I'm disputing charges with Discover card. Didn't send me any type of variation. I end up booking a room myself in redwing, MN.
The place was easy to find and close to fast food outlets and other amenities. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about the room was the jacuzzi (room 101). It worked like a charm, especially after the long drive I had.
The rooms were neat and spacious. It was really quiet. My family enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the blackout shade. Overall, it was the best night sleep I've had in a hotel in a while.
The hotel’s installation looks new and well taken care.
The location is wonderful with a supermarket and restaurants from walking distance.
The perfect place for families!
. Good size room with nice decor. Excellent shower. Big bathroom.
Excellent breakfast, even bacon was available.
Indoor pool was ideal and warm and clean. Wi fi spot on.
