We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
For most travellers this is an 'airport' hotel and it provides from the needs of those travellers well. There is surce luggage storage and great lounge spaces you can relax in even after you have checked out. There is tea/coffee/chilled water available and computers/phone charging facilities.
A help yourself continental breakfast is provided - cereal/toast, muffins etc. It seems they used to provide snacks at all times but stopped during Covid.
The airport shuttle service was well run. Since it only leaves the hotel for JFK on the hour, it's important to plan in order to get back to the airport on time.
The staff here are very nice and very helpful.
If you have a car, you can easily get to the beach and very pleasant seaside towns.
This was a great location for us visiting family in the area, but a challenge to get into Manhattan via public transportation.
It's a pretty convenient hotel with a shuttle from the airport, when we landed I was worried because for 15 minutes I couldn't call them, but then they answered. So, you need to read their instructions, that you must call for a shuttle as there is no regular shuttle from the airport. The hotel itself is very simple and is suitable for overnight sleep before after the flight.
Bedroom: Decent size and since I had a room almost at the end of the hotel, it was very quiet and no noise issues, except for people using the laundry from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. The laundry room was just opposite my room.
Location of Hotel: Distance wise not much of a distance from JFK, but traffic is bad and it took 15 - 30 minutes. 15 when traffic was not bad.
we arrived by shuttle and it was as expected. the breakfast was good, the room was ok a bit outdated. the only issue was the tv. the remote was universal and we were not able to operate the correctly with the remote and the issue was not resolved by hotel. the tv kept asking to log into the wifi but the remote didnt have the option to allow us to log in.
airport hotel, industrial neighbourhood, not pretty but close to the airport and ok for one night, nothing fancy - nothing terrible, overlooking a river or lake-type water body in the back and that was kind of nice, airport shuttle every hour and airport pick-up on demand
The only reason why picked this hotel was because it was the only hotel available last minute at the range of my budget (prices were higher!) The location was an important factor
