We spent a day in Princeton, then another at Washington...
We spent a day in Princeton, then another at Washington Crossing and New Hope PA/Lawrenceville NJ. It was a short enough drive to those locations, and less expensive than staying closer to Princeton. I would do it again. Those areas are great for day trips. Princeton, New Hope and Lambertville had great restaurants.

A man knocked on our door at 0130 in the morning, though I think he just had the wrong door. The hotel is very near the freeway, and it sounded as if there were some really crazy stuff going on out there in the middle of the night. There was no refrigerator, which was very inconvenient.

Plenty of space to walk our dog. The facilities are well appointed, nice common areas. Our stay did not include breakfast so I can’t comment on the restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
