Host was super nice and helpful. He answered our calls and was patient with all our questions. The neighbors were loud at night but after a quick call, he reached out to them and made we could sleep at night. Overall a very good experience.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Good location if you want to be near the harbour but a bit of a trek to the centre so might not be suitable for someone with restricted mobility who wanted to explore the tourist sights.

Location to the train/tube station Wellington, is near to the AC Marriott 3 mins and it's not too far in terms of stops from downtown. The plus in my opinion is the hotel does not have carpet, so has a cleaner feel. There is a small pool and gym.
There were local food places around, walkable, from the AC Marriott, for example, Five Guys, Starbucks.
Not sure about the Medford area as did not explore this much more than around the hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere near downtown with easy access, more value for money and not carpeted due my allergies.

Medford is a quiet area and it is not far from airport and amtrak station. It has some fun places. My favorite place is the Pizzeria Regina of Medfod place and cold stone shop which is about 5 minutes walk from Townplace hotel by Marriott where we stayed.
It is not difficult navigating through Medford. We took taxi and lift and we didn't spend up to $100 on a trip depending where we went.
From amtrak station to Townplace hotel by Marriott at Medford, we spent about $30 to get there by lift.

The musty smell in the rooms was too much to handle.
The musty smell in the rooms was too much to handle. They need to remove and replace the carpets, then keep the carpets dry. The smell was awful.
Bring a gas mask if you plan to go into the room. The hallways didn't smell though.

The hotel was a little out of the way, nothing around.
The hotel was a little out of the way, nothing around. So price of room was a bit much for the area. Otherwise, it was clean, and neat, and staff was very nice. On Friday, traveling to HYATT, MA, trip took about 6 hours total. During the trip, I was advised, that I would need to come in to work on monday. My reservation was to check out on monday. When I arrived to the hotel, I mentioned to the desk representative, that I would be checking out at day early, and he said that I would still be charged. I was not very happy about this. He said I shouldve given 48 hours notice. I informed him at check in on friday - I believe that was plenty notice. So, I had to pay the monday even though I did not stay.
I had a great stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Many restaurants and coffee places within a few minutes walking distance, plus its super close to public transportation.
The off-street parking was a real bonus, so I left the car at the property and used the subway to get to my meetings and check out the city.
There is a TV in bedroom with streaming services.
Checking in was easy, I liked the privacy, excellent value and way better than a hotel. Can't wait to stay here again next time I'm in Boston!
Clear check-in instructions and easy to get in, location was very convenient, few minutes walk to the subway station to get to downtown Boston. The area where this apartment is located had a lot of restaurants, the host had a list of recommended restaurants. There is a kitchen in the apartment but we didnt use it. I would recommend this place and stay here again next time in Boston
The environment is neat and homely. I liked that the kitchen area has the necessary things for cooking and eating to make staying there comfortable. The room also has microwave and a big refrigerator. Breakfast is also good, there is grab and go option or you can dine in Overall, it is a good place to lodge.
Driving to the hotel and parking easy. Close to Orange metro line station although the line was running slowly to downtown during our visit. Situated in a new development campus of hotels and apartments with a selection of chain restaurants in the immediate area. Room was exactly as would be expected.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and very welcoming, the receptionists are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed for the weekend but other then that 10/10
The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. When we arrived our room was not ready so they gave us a complimentary beverage. The breakfast was great very good choices better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts.
Second visit in a month. Perfect service with staff each time. Clean rooms and also common areas were spotless. Elevators run much quicker than other hotels. Salt Water Pool always gets the perfect 10!
The location of where this hotel and where the mbta station was. It was nice to not have to drive in Boston. It also had a continental breakfast which was convenient and nice to not worry about a meal.
It is a very good hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed at this hotel already for the second time and would highly recommend it.
Breakfast was simple but gave a good start for our day. All in all, although the hotel is somewhat worn, we felt very comfortable there and could consider staying there again if going to Boston again.
Breakfast was repetitive, and if you come after 8:30, you won’t find your favorite sausage( Turkey) only pork. I love the interior design of the hotel and the room.
