The area seemed to be very clean and maintained far better than I am used to seeing in other parts of TN. People are friendly in stores, there are lots of stores and restaurants to try, but people cannot drive worth a damn.

The location is very hard to get in and out of.
The location is very hard to get in and out of. When leaving, we always had to go right and turn around, to be able to go left out of the hotel. This location really needs a red light to come in and out due to the traffic on the main road. Hotel is close to everything, just not walking distance.
We were on the front side of the hotel and it looks into a trailer park.
But the hotel was very nice as always and this was not our first stay at this location. We will continue to use in the future.

Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful, from the ladies who cleaned the rooms, to the Maintenance staff who fixed the blinds, Rebecca at the front desk, and especially Alexis at the bar. She was very attentive to detail, great customer service, and very personable. I felt like I made new friends during my stay.

At first, I thought there were lint particals on the sheets the next morning my wife had bites on her lower waist and leg, That night ( second nite) they were all over the bottom of our bed. After I Google Lens them, They were BEDBUGS . We called the night person on duty and showed them to Him, Bedbugs on the sheets and Google Lens pictures, He promptly move us to another room. that room was fine. The next morning I asked for Management, and we were told they would be in at 9:00 am, I told my dilemma, I was in conference till noon. asked him to relay the message to the manager when they got there, I want a full refund or let me stay 1 more night in a room without the bugs for free. we would call it even,
Stopped back at noon . No resolution, No Refund, No free Room they wanted me to show where the Bedbugs were. the room had been cleaned by now. No Bugs were found.

Nothing was good. It was dirty everywhere.
Nothing was good. It was dirty everywhere. I physically cleaned the bathroom, wiped down the “something” all over the walls and changed the sheets. We had no other option to move someplace else. We will NEVER stay at Quality Inn again. The ditch on the street was cleaner than this place
Sausages nice and hot, Eggs runny, biscuit hard, juice machine out of service. Quiet rooms greatly appreciated, security cameras down hall ways excellent. The Inn was being renovated with new AC so good sign. Furnishings and pipings are old but understandable as it is difficult to make a profit long-term. Location very convenient for eats and some shopping. I will stay again as my purpose is to visit Global Vision Bible Church not focus on the hotel stay as a vacation.
It was not the worst hotel I have stayed it. But for the price, it should have been more like a 2.5 to 3 star. The room we were in did not have hot water and did not get fixed while we were there. It was dated and just not modern enough for the per night stay. There were so many hotels around that were much better but were full. I think I now know why there were rooms available. at the Hampton Inn. Just disappointed with the experience and it was not worth what I paid.
This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms that are clean, have comfortable beds and pillows, all amenities that you would need while away from home. We were there for a conference that was 15 minutes away and there were many options to get dinner ( Nobu is excellent and right next door). When we stayed it was quiet, comfortable and we met lots of great people. Plenty of parking which is appreciated.
We chose the hotel because of its closeness to Nashville, which was the target of our trip. Nashville hotels were out of our price range while this hotel provided very nice service for a reasonable price. A nice breakfast buffet was also included as well as free parking. The rooms were spacey and the beds comfortable.
I liked that there was real coffee creamer to choose from. As an avid coffee drinker to have real creamer and premium coffee machine was a plus for me. The modernness of the hotel was a plus. The fact that Dove products are being offered was also a plus.
Helpful, kind staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful facility. Good breakfast with many options. Very accessible. Easy check in/out. Comfortable bed. Safety is a priority with key cards. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Very clean and me and my family had plenty of room. Great value for what we paid. Will be back next year. We make this trip annually for the past 8 years and this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at to date.
There was no attendant at counter to check us in. Door was locked and the phone on the was was out of order to call the number next to phone. Had to find another hotel for the night.
Courteous staff and amenities. We wish we knew about the social hour that would have been fun to interact with other guests at the hotel. But we plan on coming back soon!
