Room was very clean and fresh smelling , bathroom spacious. Plenty of clothing space to unpack. T.V. channels were awesome (easy access) . Refrigerator temperature was the best for cold drinks/food. Pillows were fluffed/bed.

We were there to move our daughter into the University, but we also had friends close by. Because we were on the Campus, we were able to make use of the college busses. They were free and took you to different spots on the Campus and also downtown which is excellent as we discovered that aspect after burning a couple days using Uber. We should have spoken to the front desk first.
Do not miss going to the Rutgers Garden as it is free and also very beautiful. Lots of restaurants downtown to eat. Also utilize the list of restaurants that the front desk gives you because it has a good variety. Most of the restaurants delivers.

When in New Brunswick, brunch at Old Man Rafferty's is a must. It still has a small town feel with all the modern conveniences of an urban location. The NJ transit railroad is right in the center of town with easy access. Most everything is in walking distance.
Property seemed newer, our room had trash in it upon arrival and was not set up as confirmed by the hotel via two separate emails for Valentine’s Day as discussed and when I inquired about this after calling down to the front desk was simply told no we don’t do it. You will get no sleep at this location sandwiched between two very busy nonstop traveled roadways. The noise inside from the traffic is awful no noise canceling insulation or windows.
The best part of this facility was the staff. We travel a ton for business and have never experienced a happier, nicer, and personable staff. Staying at hotels frequently, we can do the standard rating on the facility(which is very nice) but the staff is what stood out for us. From the moment we walked in all were happy and made the stay welcoming.
It was really good and the price was a lot cheaper than some hotels from the area. Also, this place is even cleaner than all of the other hotels I stayed at in the same area. The fact that it is on a university campus is also good and I think is one of the reason for the pricing.
The room was clean and spacious. The location is not extremely close to the city center, but it's close enough to walk and there are some markets around to get groceries. Above everything, the owner was always available to answer my questions before and during my stay.
We liked the indoor pool and the long hours it was open as well as the gym. The location of the hotel was nice. For the most part you can literally walk anywhere to get food or pretty much anything you need during your stay.
Great location. Near everything. Basic hotel, clean, quiet and beautiful area. The staff are awesome. If you are okay with dormitory living it’s great.
