The hotel was very comfortable and clean. I was given an accessible room although I am not a wheelchair user (I guess it's what they had available), and it was nice and spacious with a huge bathroom and sitting area. There is a free shuttle that was easy to spot at the airport, and the driver made sure everyone got out at the right place.

We found the location very central to all places heading out for Day trips as well as inside SF. It was next door to Union Square and walking distance to the Tram station. We walked to various Breakfast places nearby. It was a very short drive to the main highway of the Premium Outlet Mall at Livermore. Their restaurant seemed a little dull for dinner. The flatbread was amazing but we wanted to see people we stepped out a lot for meals

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel and it was great. It was in a good location downtown and near MUNI stops as well so it was easy to navigate SF even with just public transportation. There’s also a 7/11 and a Walgreens nearby, and I think there was a newly opened shawarma place right across as well (their food was delicious). The hotel staff were super helpful and kind and they answered all of my questions and assisted with any requests. Our luggage was kept safe before and after the checkout so we got to explore SF more. There’s still some renovations going on in the hotel but it was fine. The room does look a bit outdated, but it was still good. Although you can hear some sounds from the other rooms and the hallway especially if they’re loud, but still, it was fine. We encountered maybe 2-3 homeless people around the vicinity of the hotel, but it was alright. Will definitely stay here again.
