Quiet college town.
Quiet college town. Great breakfast places but ow on restaurants. Lots of breweries if that your mojo. Most of the breweries served food as well. Bangor however is close by and is flush with choices of places to eat.

University Inn was a great place to stay after arriving in Bangor. The staff was welcoming and room was clean and nice. There was wine and cheese in the lobby when we arrived around 6pm so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was clean and had really comfortable beds. The breakfast was decent. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, although the microwave was defective.

We were headed to Acadia, and it worked well as a stopping point. Breakfast was decent albeit typical fare with a waffle iron, instant oatmeal, cereal and fruit. It doesn't look great on the outside, but the inside has a cute bear motiff throughout. The bed was comfortable.

Being a dog-friendly hotel, it's the perfect location to bring our dogs. There is such a large yard to roam with easy in and easy out for the dogs right from the room.
