My car was stolen from the parking lot. I was informed by officers there had been theft of high end vehicles from the hotel parking lot. No one warned us that high in cars were being stolen. Then we were charged for parking !

We were not advised that we would have to pay for parking at a rate of $15 per day. We were charged for three days of parking. On the last evening our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot. The officers who responded to the scene said there had been multiple thefts from the hotel of high-end vehicles. It would’ve been helpful if we had been informed that vehicles were being stolen in that particular hotel and hotels in the area. The management was nonchalant and still charged us for parking. We were not parked in the back of the hotel. Our vehicle was parked near the front door under a light. I would not recommend this hotel to any guest.

Front desk clerk was amazing help!
Front desk clerk was amazing help! My Son stayed with his family at another room which they had to change because when the blanket was pulled off there was BLOOD and dried BOOGERS on the bed sheet. The stay didn’t include Breakfast and you have to pay to use their outdated laundry machines.

I grew up in Richardson but haven't been there for 15 years.
I grew up in Richardson but haven't been there for 15 years. It has CHANGED and I recognized nothing. However, with Google Maps I was able to find everything I needed to. There was shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. I was in town for a funeral and Rest Haven Rowlett was very close. We ate at Chuy's in Addison which was delicious. Honestly, we ate most meals at the hotel and the food was free and wonderful!

I wouldn’t comment anyone to stay here, it was terrible with all of them. I forgot my iPad in a bag including glasses, phone, stuff… They kept it and said it’s totally broken but when I want to take it back they return me a bag with everything good inside except my pro iPad totally broken bad and can’t fix. They just broke the iPad but forget to broke everything else, they are in the same bag. Horrible

There wasn't much that I like.
There wasn't much that I like. But I did get my second room but was over charged without explanation why it was charged. Horrible service period regarding what I needed like bath towels, toilet paper, cleaning my room, taking out trashes. No free breakfast either. Room should have phone working even in the hallway phone not working. It would be good if the housekeeper understand a little English so it could be of a great help. Because my room wasn't clean throughout my 3 day stays. It would also be great if a customer needs something it should be attended to instead of being lied too so very poor customer service.

This is my third time in this hotel over the past few years. The rooms are big and very comfortable . There is an indoor small pool and Jacuzzi , plenty of parking and the fact that it is located on G.B. toll way is super important to me.
I just love the staff and the location. Was perfect, and of course, Tina at the front was amazing again. The room was awesome, and the breakfast was amazing as well. I just love this hotel and will be back.
The hotel was fresh and Clean. with the exception of the Handicap bar that was unhooked from the bottom, all was pretty good. Room 228 needs that bar reattached some one is going to fall trying to use it
Val, at the front desk, was the bomb! I mean, I think people still say “the bomb”, don’t they? Even if they don’t, though, she was amazing and the type of staff that makes me want to return to a hotel.
It was in a great location .The room was so big and spotless .The staff could not do enough for you.Maggie Gebre on the front desk was a perfect hostess.Could not fault the hotel.
Average breakfast and location is not too far from Cityline and the highway. Hotel was clean and it was fairly quite throughout the night. The layout of the room.
We liked the free parking and the staff was nice. It was very luxurious inside! The hotel bathroom setup was really nice but the room looked a little small.
