We stayed in the queen suite, and the room was huge. It surpassed our expectations by far. We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip 3 of the 4 were Hampton Inn's. We had a 1 night stay at a different chain hotel and quickly realized Hampton Inn's are far better for the same price. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Richmond, IN, was our favorite hotel of the trip.

Having the Tesla charger on property was a lifesaver. It was 2° when I woke up to leave the hotel, and having the charger plugged in and heating my car during the night. It’s rare to find a hotel chain that has EV chargers and I complement you for having them.

We had stayed previously shortly after new owners took over and remodeled. Had high hopes for our second stay.
I love this town, but I grew up here. It's changed a lot over the years, but I still love to come back every chance I get. There are lots of things to do, but the parks are beautiful, the historical museum is amazing and the people are wonderful!

Sorry, but we just stayed the night on our way to our final destination. The town seemed very nice as we were driving through. There are lots of options for dining, and there was easy access to shopping and the highways.

My friend and I stayed 3 nights in Richmond to experience Antique Trail No. 1 and we really enjoyed ourselves. We definitely had plenty to do during our stay. Absolutely everyone we encountered, from restaurant workers, hotel workers, store clerks, were so very nice, friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed seeing some beautiful old homes as we went around the city. Easy to drive in also.

Richmond is a very nice community located at the intersection of US 40 and I 70 on the Indiana/I 70 line if your a history buff and interested in the Wright Brothers their museum is just a short drive away along with all of Richmond's historical neighbor hood's and buildings
I stay at this hotel twice a year for recurring weekend events in a nearby town. Because my dogs must travel with me, the pet-friendly atmosphere suits me well as does the price. As is true at any budget hotel, amenities are few; however, my needs are met. The staff is always friendly and courteous, coffee is available in the lobby as well as the coffee maker in the room, wi-fi is available, and I have never found issues with cleanliness.
And there is a good Mexican restaurant next door!

The hotel and my room were clean. The carpet and furniture were a little worn, but that's okay. I liked that their was an indoor pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The location, just off 70, was great! The staff was nice. The hotel was located across from Meijer and nearby many restaurants. Above all, the price for my stay at this hotel was reasonable.
The location and the price are excellent. For breakfast cereal 🥣 and muffins, delicious coffee/tea. Towels and bed sheets were clean. It looks like the room and bathroom have been renovated. There were no suspicious insects. There are microwave and mini-refrigerator. Everything works well 👍. The owner of this hotel was very polite.
This hotel was not good! Room was dirty, found a cell phone left in the bed under the made sheets, shower and bathroom areas were broken/falling apart and they allowed a group to party all night right outside of our room window on the hotel patio. We were still awake at 5:00 am due to this. Horrible visit and would never recommend!
Evening staff member was very friendly at check-in and handling our couple small requests (extra towel, etc.). Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Cleanliness was average for a budget hotel. Location is very convenient to I-70 and services such as gas stations. Price was reasonable for a quick overnight stop.
The pool and hot tub were very welcome after an 8 hour car ride. The mattress and pillow were comfortable enough: not too soft and not too firm. The hotel was right off I 70. The room a/c worked well. The room was quiet enough and clean enough.
Great location just off of I-70, large rooms, plenty of parking, fairly updated room. Lucky enough to have been on a quiet floor/area with no slamming doors or rowdy guests. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly hotel!
Right off I-70, easy to find (with GPS), and relatively quiet. There's a Bob Evans restaurant right beside the hotel, as well as a Mexican restaurant across a busy street, but I would recommend Bob Evans.
Everything! By far the best breakfast compared to any accommodations I have stayed in. The rooms are very clean and staff incredibly nice. This is definitely my go to spot when in the area!!!
Brand new hotel. Close to I-70 and to Ohio state line. Nice restaurants within a mile or less from the hotel. Everything was fine, and I would stay here again.
