Would not recommend staying here to visit D.C. as the traffic would make commute terrible. Bed was comfortable. Should have been told when checking in that we had to beg for clean towels and that there would be no water for six hours one day. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone, it's dirty, parking garage does not adjoin the hotel, old appliances stacked in garage, cars in garage with flat tires, empty cups and trash and elevator filthy, hadn't been cleaned in who knows, room smelled, we left and went to another hotel. told front desk but they just gave me the managers name and number. I called the next day three times and the manager was never on premises they said.

The parks are beautiful, Lots of hiking and picnic areas. We spent 2 days on the beaches close by. Rockville town Square is a nice treat, taking a stroll through the shops and ending with yummy icecream at the marble slab creamery.

I had paid for my room in full and my credit card was on file at the front desk at the time. It was a miserable and humiliating experience and I will never stay in another Marriott Hotel again. I am still considering suing them for the way they treated me.

It’s walking distance from Twinbrook Station, Safeway, 7-11, and also there are restaurants near there. The staffs are amazingly friendly and accommodating.
