Everything was better than expected. Very clean, great location and the room was so gorgeous. I’d love to come visit again if we ever make our way back to New Hampshire. It is right across the street from the ocean!

Salisbury is trying their best to clean up the place.
Salisbury is trying their best to clean up the place. The boathouse in the center is fairly new but it is not kept clean. They have several trash receptacles for pizza boxes and trash, but they don’t empty them enough. I like the concert tent. Too bad they couldn’t build a half shell like Hampton.

The Inn at Rings Island was such a dissappointment.
The Inn at Rings Island was such a dissappointment. Their website and pics are all misleading. The pictures on their site are not from or around the hotel. Their assigned parking to our room (#13) was an absolute nightmare. Its a one way drive you have to back twenty yards out with a fence pinched to your drivers side and cars all but brushing your passenger side. Unexceptable to assume anything largwr them a small compact car could fit comfortably in those spots. The room was absolutely inundated with a strong smell of fabric softner or spray. To the point it caused our eyes, nose, and throat to burn leaving myself about two hours of sleep. My partner was forced to sleep in the truck after having an asthmatic attack in which she had to use both rescue inhalers twice. She also had minimal sleep. When we approached the young man working the front desk with our concerns amd expressed we would lime a refund for our second night so we could go to a more accomodating hotel, he told us he wont be giving us a refund whether we leave or not. Very rude, lacked customer service skills and offered nothing to help our stay to be better. We left at 6am and drove to another hotel. Which was amazing and so hospitable. The Inn at Rings Island IS NOT on the merrimack river but in the center of nothing but blacktop which a busy marina and yuppy reataurant having the right of way through The Inns parking lot. The valeta drove about 40 through. This place has no river access whatsoever, no view from ground floor at all, amd no amenities.
The most misleading site ive seen and the poorest level of customer service. We will never go back amd never recommend The Inn at Rings Island to a soul. We are appalled that they refused to credit us for such a dissappointing vacation. Just terrible!
We were not able to rent our normal beach house and everything was rented out. We were lucky to find a vacancy here and it made our vacation exceptional! It was more than we expected! It was better than having a house and so much more convenient.
The location, pretty close to everything but not within walking distance to the beach, especially if you have children and a lot of things to bring. The size of the house was good.
