Superb location, just a few steps away from the Point of the Rocks beach, close to the Toasted Mango breakfast café, and to the shops and restaurants (Captain Curt's and others). The accommodation is in a nice set of bungalows arranged into a U-shape, with a swimming pool in the center of the "U". There is a outside table for each room.

Wonderful service from Christina. Lot of thanks . The prices everywhere in Florida exploded so much, that the value does not worth it. It is nothing personal concerning the Siesta Key Heron. It is a general economic situation that harms Florida tourism.

It is a wonderful place to enjoy the beach, eat at very good restaurants and shop the few little beach shops. It is a 2-3 day trip at most. The food is very good but be prepared to pay for it. All the restaurants are on the high to very high price point. The nightlife closes down promptly at 10pm so plan your agenda accordingly. I feel there are more locals or snowbirds around then other beach towns, so the vibe is very nice.

The location was fine - i did not like the fact we had to strip the beds before we left, take out the garbage, and there was no coffee in the room. The pool was filthy - glad we only stayed for 2 nights.

This is a well positioned property for the beach and restaurants. If you have transport there are plenty of other amenities within a 10 minute drive.
As you leave the property on the main road you can pick up a free trolley which will take you to the village.
This was our second stay in number 3, which is in a corner with a nice area to sit.
The pool is heated and gardens were well maintained.

I believe this would be a terrific place to vacation, if you're not interested in going to the beach. The facilities were all right not perfect, but all right the host was very generous with her time getting things to work like the TV stations and the cupboard door in the bathroom she failed to let us know that two of the chairs were already broke before we even got there And last, but not least the blinds to the screened in porch were atrocious. They were very very difficult to work and we had to keep pushing the panels back up into the clips. We also had to have her come out and give us the rest of the curtains for the front window , the host was a very nice lady and worked with us as much as she could. I love where the villa is located. However, it's way too far from the beaches. If I were to return to Siesta keys, I would book somewhere closer to the water.
Great location close to beach access and walking distance to siesta key Village. Also had a very nice little pool area.
Supplied beach items like towels, umbrella, wagon, chairs
Roberto, the property manager is very friendly. We were able to check in early which we appreciated.
I only booked this place a few weeks in advance. It was one place in that area where you could stay less than a week.
We had a deluxe apartment, which had three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, which was very nice
Bikes on site available to rent
Beautiful exterior and limited number of units. We had never been to Siesta Key before, but after a day there, we figured out that Beachpoint Cottages really are in the perfect location. It isn't beachfront, but it might as well be. The front road is very empty and not traveled much by cars. Also, you are only a few minutes away from all of the restaurants/bars. We pulled our car into a parking space and never had to drive the entire time we were there.
This location was really close to the beach. Plus they made it easy. They had a Beach Wagon, some folding beach chairs, and a cooler for your use. This made it wonderful not to worry and fight about what to take or not take to the beach. The whole point of this trip for me was just to get some warm Florida sun and the Twin Palms at Siesta Keys made it easy to accomplish.
It’s a very good condo for the money we spent. The property manager, Scott, was very helpful and responsive. My kids really enjoyed the pool.the condo had everything we needed, beach towels, chairs, beach toys, kitchen was fully equipped., extra towels and sheets. The siesta key beach is only 1 mile away, and crescent beach is closer, a short 15 min walk.
Great location, close to the beach, town center, restaurants and coffee. Bedding was nice and comfortable, but a little on the soft side. The kitchenette was a nice addition if you need it, good fridge. Overall plenty of space for a couple with minimal needs.
Location. Pool. Cabana were fantastic for use when away from the beach and at chilling outside at night. Onsite laundry was great, plenty of parking, beach access was close and a 'quieter" beach, which was fantastic. over all we LOVED, LOVED this home.
Excellent location. Just minutes from the beach and the village. Excellent communication from the property manager. Good pool, use of beach chairs made it an all round good find. It is well appointed with everything we needed.
The Inn on Siesta Key was very charming. It is an old house, lovingly maintained. Loved all the beach equipment! Paige could not have been nicer. We popped in when we arrived at 11 AM and she let us check in 5 hours early!
Located perfectly for the main area with shops bars and restaurants and not far from the beach.
Spacious and complete with all we needed.
Hot tub and pool perfect
Close and easy access to beach. comfortable furniture and nice kitchen. Easy access to Siesta Key Village. Lots to do within a quick walk or bike ride.
