You have exceptionally nice staff. In particular I would like to mention Sylvia on the front desk who was wonderful and very ably assisted by Jennifher. Also the man behind the Bistro counter in the evenings whose name has gone out of my head (it has been a long week)

When I needed to get the twin bed that was not provided I waited on the phone for a long time before front desk picked up my call. And the lines were too long at the front desk. We were there to do college testing so had a specific purpose and didn’t really do much”fun” things. The area is lovely. Cell service is terrible once you get away from a place (hotel) WiFi. Very bucolic. Nice local restaurants with farm to table.
