The service at this hotel is terrible, the human quality of the staff is terrible, there is a certain Miss Erika who is in charge of reservations or something like that, well Miss Erika because I don't know how to speak English very well treated me badly, she blocked me phone and even took away my reservation for no reason, I felt racism on the part of Miss Ericka, so be careful with this hotel and its staff.

Luey and Norris were excellent hosts. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for sightseeing. The room was well equipped, comfortable and homely. Breakfast was delicious.
