There’s nothing I enjoyed about this place there was an altercation like a gunshot but not upon arrival seems like people were living there and smoking weed outside I felt sick. I feel like I was overcharged for my night stay. The bathroom need to be recaulked I’m disappointed

The only somewhat redeeming aspect of this hotel was the lady on staff at the time of check-in (we didn't get her name). She helped us to change from a VERY smoke stink infused "smoke-free", dirty, cockroach infested two bed room to a cleaner looking, somewhat recently remodeled slightly less smoke stinky "smoke-free" one bed room with a few less cockroaches. The staff lady got us a rollaway bed and clean sheets and pillows so our whole family did not have to sleep in one bed.

Great Location, Clean and comfy room
Target just a short walk across the car park
Staff were polite and friendly
Place is not well cared for or clean. Only minimum on room supplies like towels, no wash cloths. Breakfast was bare minimum--no eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries. Only a place to sleep. Getting to location is very confusing. New restaurant next door "Ahh Pizz" was good but expensive.

2 problems... bathroom sink did not drain well.
2 problems... bathroom sink did not drain well. They did try to "fix it", and, it did at least drain very slowly instead of taking over night to drain. The TV runs on "Disk" and they stopped carrying all the major networks. Verrrryyy annoying.

Our room was spacious enough for 6 persons.
Our room was spacious enough for 6 persons. Very clean and good smelling sheets & pillow cases, working A/C, faucets etc., The only issue we had was the defective door lock of the bathroom. Overall, our group rate this hotel 8.5 out of 10.

The receptionist lady that checked us in , & unfortunately was the same person that checked us out was not pleasant to us @ all. For instance when I asked for new towels on our 2nd nights ; she told me, 'I'm a receptionist not an housekeeper . You can go knock on the housekeeper door to see if their towels are ready '. This is just one of our experiences with this particular lady.

Check in was trouble just like the service and no towels dusty and dirty worn out sheets, got refunded my money and payed cash and still have a purchase on my card that I’m waiting to get refunded for some reason they took the payment off my card and it still didn’t get refunded so that’s another issue. Hopefully I’ll get refunded or I have to deal with it again, horrible 🤬
They gave us an early check-in with no fuss or anything. That was great. Breakfast was great and the room was great. To me the biggest thing was that they allowed us to stay in one single room. Having a family of 5 total while trying to book hotels is difficult because a lot of hotels have a hard limit on 4 people per room. So a lot of the offerings were for 2 rooms which makes no sense considering that all 3 of my kids are minors and one is 4 and the other one is 7. One room suits us just fine and this hotel allowed us to book a single room.
Nothing was good..
# please dont go please dont waste your money and time #
The worst hotel I ever seen in my life
Shame on you booking.com you are working withe such shame hotels I sugests no one please nö one to go there booking..com made Deal withe them if I Am. Not even I dident stay in the hotel just five minuts I was there and I give uo the Keys and I went to another hotel becouse was discustinng plase to stay when I ask for my refund its not posible shame on you booking.com and the Quality hotel.
DO NOT stay at this motel… it is absolutely atrocious!! They have bugs crawling around everywhere, it smells like cigarettes throughout the entire building, and they legit have room without windows open to the outside… add to this when I reached out to Booking.com with photos of the roaches that were in the bathroom I was met with the response “we are only a third party that supports what the hotel wants to do…” all around horrible on the part of booking.com as well as this terrible hotel… DONT STAY HERE

I and my husband from New York have wonderful time in Days inn in Wayne the room is big size clean quiet save hotel "mattress was not firm but comfortable very clean towels and cleats very good wifi TV have eight channels from HBO the bathroom just upgraded 👌 10 minutes to walk to KOHLS five minutes walk to licor store King bottle we came back for sure" I recommend this place 😀
The hotel was on or near a major highway in northeast New Jersey although the road system in that area can be a little confusing even with a GPS. That is a minor considering how nice this hotel is. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good.
The large rooms with kitchenettes are great for long stays with children. Breakfast was a great bonus as we had no car to go out get breakfast. The outdoor side patio was a nice hangout area for our group of 12.
I loved how clean it was. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. It’s always a great experience at residence inn and I will be back just so I can use the grill too. And use the gym as well.
The area around the hotel can only be accessed by car, and there are only a few places to eat, so I was very grateful for the hamburgers and other breakfast items.
When we arrived there were at least 10 men sitting in front of the hotel drinking and yelling. We did not feel safe so we left and went to another hotel.
