We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com...
We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com did not send the reservation to Fairfield Inn in Monroe. By the time we reached the hotel to check in to, what we thought was our reserved rooms, we found out that no reservation existed. Additionally, the hotel was sold out because of the volume of patrons at that hotel. I am upset that I could not get the two rooms that I reserved. And I had made those reservations 2 months prior to that date. Shame on you for no following through on sending my reservations.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my $100 deposit back and I have yet to receive it I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it seems like they are stealing money when I called about my money don't nobody know nothing horrible getto business.

We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill. I love living here. I was born in Delhi and was raised in this area. I have watched it grow and prosper my whole life. There are so many different things to see and experience depending on what you come here for. Antique Alley is a great place to start!

The property is in a good location right off the interstate.
The property is in a good location right off the interstate. This made for a great stop over location with traveling cross country. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was a bonus.

I love West Monroe,it always feels like home when I'm there,I want to move there really bad and hopefully one day I will but until then I will keep going once a month if not more. I especially love how nice the people are and the nature trails you can find and experience!

I like West Monroe because my family live in the Monroe area, I come there so I can see my daughter, grandchildren,and great grandchildren Monroe itself is not my favorite place, the traffic in the shopping areas is always is bad and the road layouts are confusing and right down scary, parts of Monroe are dangerous. The breakfast was great and location ideal to get back on hwy. Fantastic Mexican restaurant about 2 blocks away called el sombrero. Great food and service.
