Little outdated, but still in decent shape.
Clean, quiet, quite far of commercial areas, good place to run away from civilization and "recompose"... comfortable beds, good wifi

I like the fact that it's only 20 minutes from Boston and the parking is free. The staff was super nice, they were very polite and prompt There was also a lot of parking spaces, so I guess it wasn't a bust day.

There was some nice wildlife in the back parking area. We saw a family of rabbits and some geese.

Easy for roadtrip stopover, located off the intersection of two major highways I95 and I93. Perfectly easy to drive to Boston: downtown in 15-18 minutes straight away unless Boston itself might have a traffic jam but otherwise, very hassle free drive. Lots of hotels nearby to book, amenities in general. The Studio Café, 327, Main Street is a good coffee shop.

Convenient to Boston by train or car.
Convenient to Boston by train or car. Easy to drive around Woburn. Varied restaurant choices, a movie theater, a GF bakery, green spaces for walking. Convenient place to stay out of the city and to explore northeast Mass (Salem, Lowell). L.L. Bean outlet.

They don't give a crap if their pool is comfortable or not, if coffee in rooms are well stocked or not, if your keys work or not. Restaurant was good but waaay overpriced. The filtered water was out of order.
There are some restaurants in the surrounding area including a supermarket.

Location was good, the back parking lot grounds were scattered with litter, alcohol bottles, broken glass etc...the roll in shower soaked the entire bathroom floor, it made a horrible mess, and the walls are paper thin, 2 nights in a row we were kept awake by the person in the next room...over all I would not recommend spending the money on this motel, you'll be disappointed, the bed was so rock hard, there was no getting comfortable.

I paid half more for checking in at 11am instead of 3pm. Hotel was not full. I stayed 7 days.
Room was cleaned once in my stay. I asked four times for cleaning
Food for breakfast cold. Breads left out hours
I took out trash. Lack of tissues. No regular coffee
My stay was regrettable. My daughter lives two miles away. I want this location. Management is very lax and not customer focus from day 1. I was told four times, we “. can’t promise room to be cleaned” today. Four times. Finally after four days, day 5, clean. I put trash out myself. Not good!

We were on a tight schedule to attend a conference, and it would have helped to have a breakfast option on the hotel premises, even microwavable food or cereal. We had to go find a Dunkin Donuts and lost 30 minutes of travel time.
The room was fine and quiet.
Good value for the Boston area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a quiet room, and staff really accommodated our request. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was varied and offered a range of items. The breakfast staff was very good. Small exercise room and laundry (cheap!) were a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, and train station into Boston was an easy 5-minute drive. Would stay here again.
- The location is convenient to go in and out of the City.
- Commercial Avenue from Target to Woburn Village (which is located across the street).
- The cleaning staff is phenomenal! They clean almost every day.
- Front desk has nice and competent people.
- Commuter Rail and Bus go into the City at North Station.
- No frills--just good value for money.
I liked the breakfast very much...simple but good. If you like omelette and bacon then you'll love it. The room was super comfortable too. There's a bus stop a few minutes away from the hotel but the ride is quite expensive. If you want something cheaper you gotta walk for a bit or call an Uber.
Hotel room is fine, staff is very professional, our issue is with the pool, it was closed. There should have been a warning so that we could pick a different hotel with a pool. We went on vacation specifically to relax and use pool as part of our plan
The facilities in room. The cleanliness of the room. All these may be given in several hotels but when i compare them to the cheap hotels i have stayed in the Lexington area i find a sea of difference.
Very nice hotel and staff. Good breakfast and the lady in the breakfast area was so cheerful and nice.
We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this was the best hotel we stayed in.
Good lighting in the room. Hotel and room were a bit worn but generally clean. Breakfast area was well stocked, with enough seating and area was clean/well maintained.
