We booked a delux room with balcony .the room we were given was small, non air con and the fridge was not working. The hard mattriced bed was up against a wall

I have taken the night bus to Dalat, so I arrived very early at 7:00 in the morning and they are so kind to let me check in my room, so I can take a shower after the night bus, which is very nice of them. The hotel also helped me to book the taxi to airport with the price of 215000 VND, I think it is cheaper than the average price.
