We had an amazing stay at Cat Ba Rustic homestay. The rooms were clean and the pool was great. Linh was such an amazing host, making sure we had everything we needed and was an all round friendly and funny host. I also had the best banana pancakes I’ve had in Vietnam for breakfast here. The staff were extremely helpful and organized. We really felt taken care of during the trip (we had a 2day 1night stay on board). Even though the activities schedule can feel a little bit hurried, this is OK and to be expected if you are not staying for longer. We really enjoyed the small hikings, swimming and kayaking excursions we were taken out to, but the best part was definately on board the boat and our suite on the front of the boat with the best view from our balcony. The food during pur stay was really good, the chef on board was excellent!

Simply Stunning! Wonderful experience from start to finish. Picked up from our hotel and travelled on the most luxurious mini bus ( extra cost) to board the boat. After roughly three hours we arrived at a beautiful departure lounge where the staff took our bags that were ready and waiting at our rooms when we boarded. Rooms are stunning and very spacious with a balcony. Food was fantastic- some great choices and we were appointed our own waiter and table for the duration of our stay. We had the chance to visit some lovely caves and also to go out on kayaks or bamboo boat to see monkeys in the wild. Would highly recommend this boat - we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tom Cruise was an exceptional host, providing us with plenty of laughs and always sporting a warm smile. Moreover, the boat was impeccably clean, and the food was delectable.
