And anything we needed help with - Ruth was at the end of a text (& so patient, given the number of questions I had - it will less intrusive when you have your info book in the house) So comfortable & totally luxurious.

We spoke with Kathryn on the phone upon arrival and she very kindly welcomed us. The property was stunning throughout & immaculately clean. The keys were easily accessible at the lockbox. We booked the property especially because of the hot tub …and it didn’t disappoint .. after a long drive from Cornwall it was the perfect place to relax. There is a local town nearby if you need any supplies. A great base to enjoy the Lake District ! Thank you for our stay
