The house is located in a quiet and green neighborhood just between Paralia and Olimpiaki Akti. Really private and nice, with a great yard - outdoor place to sit and relax, barbeque. The kitchen is really well equipped, the bedrooms a bit small but comfortable. The photos represent the house quite well. The taverns and shops are 15 minutes nice walk by the beach road, well lighted sidewalk at night (3-4 minutes by car).

Hostess was really nice. And the staff overall. All the house and facilities are very good, convenient and clean. The only thing that our swimming pool was broken on the rd day of our stay and due to some holidays or smth it was not possible to fix it. But the hostess allowed us to use a pool from other house for a couple of days. As well you should consider that you better should have a car as on foot it will take 20 min walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the closest shop.

Nikos and his father were very polite and came and help us very quickly when needed. Location is perfect, literally minutes from amazing part of Olympic riviera beach, the house is really spacious and stylish and great for children because there are a lot of things for them to do there, toys, water hose, benches. The outdoor area, Garden is really nice.

Our family had the most incredible holiday experience in Greece. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality we received. This truly was a vacation to remember. The house we rented was an absolute gem. It felt like a home away from home, with every comfort and amenity we could possibly need. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. The house was conveniently situated close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Paralia north. Paralia cafes offered some of the most amazing and reasonably priced traditional Greek dishes. The availability of numerous supermarkets in the vicinity made stocking up on essentials a breeze. If you're interested in exploring beyond the beaches, the area is rich in travel agencies offering a variety of sightseeing tours. We took advantage of this and had the chance to immerse ourselves in the local culture and history. It was a great way to add some depth to our vacation and create lasting memories. In summary. The combination of exceptional hospitality, a well-appointed house, prime location, and the abundance of nearby amenities made this holiday one for the books.

Host is excellent and readily available if needed. Accepted and made our two dogs welcomed. Location is great! So close to the beach and restaurants, shops, etc. Couldn't ask for a better rental. This will become an annual event for my family and friends. Thank you!

Very polite, responsive and helpful hosts! We even had a welcome gift! The house was at a walking distance to town, in a very quiet and nice area. It was clean and cozy, while all rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, especially the 2nd floor with the terrace! The garden was big and perfectly suitable for a child to play around. The apartment had all facilities that you could think of or need. We’re extremely grateful for the hospitality and excellent experience! Definitely recommending the house!
