Super nice host! Fridge filled with water and stuff for breakfast, the balcony is great, the apartment is very spacious, and the host immediately added another bed for us into the bigger bedroom so that our son could sleep in the same room. He also provides info-sheets on the closest beaches and other sights and attractions, and was always available for questions via whatsapp.

The room was very clean and the host kind and friendly. We especially loved the area that was created for breakfast. The grounds were lovely and we were able to walk around and relax. I was actually able to wash a couple of things and hang them on the clothesline outside. We were fairly close to Ancona and spent the day visiting around the city. Great find!

Location excellent - close to Portonovo beach, the National Park and Ancona only 10 minutes away. The family who operate this business were extremely accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We met the entire family from the original owners to the son and daughter in law and their son. We found the whole experience just great. We will be back to stay a little longer next visit. The restaurant food and breakfasts were all locally produced. and great value for money, as were the wines.

The apartment is cute and cozy with a nice outdoor seating area above the winery. The staff is very friendly and helpful and is also flexible with special requests (we had to check-out early, because we had to catch the ferry the next morning). The nearby restaurant (which the apartment also belongs to) is shocking good. Really an exceptional experience.
