Everything, the place and the hostess was amazing, always available, gave us a lot of tips to go in príncipe and was very helpful with everything that we needed. Her staff also amazing with the help, they were always ready to help and very sweet. The house was very clean, had everything such as towels, soaps, coffee, tea, everything was very completed and fresh. I totally recommend

I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!

Roça do Lucindo is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a nature break. If you're looking to see the nature, birds and animals of Principe, this is the place to go, with the added benefit of a deserted beach a short walk away. Lucindo and Marie are fantastic hosts, going out of their way to make us comfortable in our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is very nice, the host is very kind. We asked for dinner, it was very good. The house is not in the downtown, the environment is quiet. It has air conditioning, which comes very handy. The access road is a dirt-road, in a usual surrounding as any small place in SaoTome, but the garden around the house is nice. It is a good price/value ratio, any time again. The north beaches are easily acessible from here. We could park in the garden, and they also offer car rental, which is a very good idea, we unfortunately rented from another company, and we did have issues with fuel. Had we rented from here, all the hassle would have gone. So rent their car if you book with them!
