Offering quiet street views, Villas Mapache del Caribe is an accommodation set in Puerto Viejo, 400 metres from Negra Beach and 6.3 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. The property was secure, clean, tidy, and the pool/ garden area was lovely. A short walk to a supermarket, and playa negra. Lots of space for parking if you are planning to rent a car for your trip! Hosts were super helpful with any requests and particularly with transport as we did not rent a vehicle of any sort during our stay.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa ANA KIMBA is a recently renovated holiday home set in Puerto Viejo, 1.3 km from Negra Beach. Really great hosts that made us feel super welcome and gave us a lot of tips. The apartments are very spacious, in a quiet street but walking distance to the city center. The rooms are also cleaned every day and we received the best breakfast during our stay.

Set within 50 metres of Cocles Beach and 1.3 km of Chiquita Beach, Casa Modi offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Puerto Viejo. There are only 4 units and we had the 2 bedroom unit on the backside with a balcony and an open living area and kitchen. It is located within walking distance to nearby restaurants, stores, and bike rentals. There is good wifi and we were able to communicate via Whatsapp regarding any questions or issues. We rented motor bikes and were able to secure them within our gated unit. La Peco Nera restaurant on site had some of the best service and food. Our hosts during our stay were very welcoming. And lastly, we had very hot water.

Ipinagmamalaki ang isang patio na may mga tanawin ng hardin, outdoor swimming pool, at hardin, matatagpuan ang Villas Piña - Adults only sa Puerto Viejo, malapit sa Negra Beach at pitong kilometro... Everything was perfect. I also want to highlight the great hospitality we received from the owners, that made our stay even more memorable. Eric and Sharon are super nice people who go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a fantastic time.

Located in Puerto Viejo and only 1.4 km from Cocles Beach, Lomas del Caribe provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

Offering an outdoor pool and water sports facilities, New Caribe Point is located in Cahuita in the Limon Region. Puerto Viejo is 14 km away. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Beautifull and good maintained villas with nice pool and garden. The host Edward and his wife were really helpful and tried to make our stay perfect.

Los Delfines Lodge, a property with a garden, is set in Puerto Viejo, 1.2 km from Cocles Beach, 2.4 km from Chiquita Beach, as well as 1.8 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. This has to be one of my all time favorite places we stayed at. The house and property were just great and the location perfect to explore Cocles, Puerto Viejo and Punta Uva. We could have easily stayed more than 5 days. Also the hosts were jsut too kind. We were even picked up at the bus station when we arrived and we got a ride at the end of our stay. Also, we could use their two bicycles to explore the area, which was perfect. If you like to cook your own food, the kitchen is very well equipped and just 1km from the property are two huge supermarkets where you get everything you need. Although during day you'll hear cars driving past the property sometimes, at night the area is very calm and in the morning you wake up to the sound of birds. Also important to mention: all windows are screened with mosquito nets. You don't get hot during the night because the temperatures are quite comfortable compared to, for example, the pacific coast.

Caribbean Secret is located 450 metres from Cahuita Beach and 1.7 km from Playa Negra Beach. It features free WiFi throughout and a garden. The houses will provide you with a patio and a seating area.... it was a beautiful location and very close to the entrance of the national park. we also enjoyed seeing the monkeys and chickens around the area and made friends with a cat!

Caribbean Blue Morpho Casitas features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Talamanca, 600 metres from Negra Beach. The overall visual appeal, the pool, the spaciousness of the casita, and proximity to beach, restaurants and other attractions.

Featuring garden views, Paraíso Verde offers accommodation with a garden, around 31 km from Ebal Rodriguez Stadium. This holiday home provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.... There were so many things to like about Paraiso Verde. The accomodation was very nice and very clean. The surrounding garden was very beautiful. The place is very quiet and peaceful. At the place was a bouquet of freshly picked flowers and 2 homemade coconut sweets and mangos from the owners garden. The owner and her sun gave us a tour in their garden and property. They both couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. We absolutely loved our stay.
