Waking up there is a pleasure. Clean, tidy, comfortable, earlier check in was an option, drying your laundry also available. Warm water , quite okey wifi . Good connection to bigger city and to the most beautiful village Xoxo. Owner is very friendly, speaks a few different languages, stuff also very nice. No airco but no difficulties to survive, all windows open and it worked good. Worth to visit

The ample sunlight and cooling ventilation makes it comfortable all day long. The setting is tranquil and pleasant within a fertile garden in the spectacular valley above Ribeira Grande, very close to town. You can walk to local markets, eateries, and stores in 10 minutes. The staff is very helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any matter and offer produce from the garden. This is also a great location to do most of the spectacular drives around the island or choose any of the stunning hikes available in the mountains or coastline. We stayed longer than we planned because we loved it so much.

It’s great quiet place, ideal for morning or evening runs! The house has all the equipment for cooking, warm water, an OK wifi. It’s beautifully furnished, vegan breakfast option is possible! If you don’t rent a car, be sure to bring enough drinking water and food from the city. Any taxi can drive you there from Porto Novo for 500 CVE (aprox 5€), walking there is an option but not the best idea during the hottest part of day 11-15:00.
