Offering free WiFi and garden views, Kiriaki House is a semi-detached house situated in Paphos City. The property is 1.4 km from Kings Avenue Mall and 1.7 km from 28 Octovriou Square. The host is very kind and helpful, the house was very clean and spacious. A lot of space outside, also, and a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. 10, 15 min walk to the sea side. A very nice restaurant just up the street, some supermarkets just feet away.

Featuring a private pool, Villa Elina is 300 metres from Chlorakas Beach. It offers a fully equipped unit with spa bath and views over the Mediterranean Sea, the pool and the garden. We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

Featuring an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, the stone-built De Michanna is located in Anarita Village of Paphos. It offers fully equipped accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Great location (close to paphos city and airport but in a quiet and green area), very well equipped house, great welcome - the host was super kind, at arrival we found complimentary water, coffee, tea, bread, buttter, cheese, ham and fruit! And a bottle of wine! Thanks to Christos and Augustina for their kindness!

A beautifully restored traditional Kathikas village house situated at a prime location in the centre of the village.It was very clean and appointed with all the conveniences. The bed was very comfortable and we found the street very quiet at night which allowed us a very peaceful sleep! Thank you Mihali for a very enjoyable stay at Kathikas!

Offering villas with private pools in Paphos’ Coral Bay, Platzia Beach Villas are just 20 metres from the coast. Fantastic property in a brilliant location close to the sea and about a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. Very comfortable. We were here in December/January and had the pool heated which was perfect.

Just 300 metres from Chloraka Beach in Paphos, Meltemi offers elegantly decorated villas with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. We had an outstanding stay. The owner was incredibly kind and always helpful; Even before our arrival, we got an answer to every question we had- whether it was regarding the villa or even things to recommend generally. The villa was extremely clean inside and outside. When we first arrived, we received a large pizza for all six of us, and the fridge was full of useful things to start our vacation. We were a group of six and enjoyed our time there a lot!! Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.
