I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Situated just 3.6 km from Watermans Arms, The Studio @ Bridge Cottage provides accommodation in Totnes with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as bicycle parking. The other reviews say it all - the studio was amazing! Everything is as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, modern, very, very comfy and very well equipped. The location is also great, and it is not far to the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. Only - as others have mentioned, be prepared for very narrow roads ;) I would definitely recommend staying here.

Offering a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, Deluxe Lundy View Villa With Sea Views is a recently renovated villa 500 metres from Westward Ho! Beach and 800 metres from Westward Ho!. The holiday park was fantastic! We booked two bungalows, both with a view on the sea. Reception was flexible, as we could check in and out easily. And the beach was walking distance.

Set just 34 km from Lundy Island, Yetland Farm Holiday Cottages offers accommodation in Combe Martin with access to a tennis court, barbecue facilities, as well as a housekeeping service. Each cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and welcoming. The outside area was ideal for our children, including the park and football area. Zak and his wife were so friendly and helpful it made our stay perfect.

Deluxe Kipling Villa with Sea Views is set in Bideford, 800 metres from Westward Ho!, 2.6 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club, and 5.6 km from Lundy Island. The villa was great value for money. It was as comfortable as staying home.

Very beautiful location .Dog friendly. The hosts were very nice. Breakfast good. The property was very clean and comfortable. Ivybridge not too far if you need to eat after a long travel

Situated in Beaworthy and only 25 km from Lundy Island, Kingsley Cottage B & B features accommodation with river views, free WiFi and free private parking. Wonderful and beautiful place! The hosts couldn't be more friendly and they really make you feel welcome. The little details like the fresh flowers in the room, the welcome present, the chocolates, biscuits, tea and coffee in the room (even fresh milk!!) really make a difference and makes this place extra special. The breakfast is very good and plentiful with a lot of different things to choose from. The surroundings are beautiful and we loved the fact that there was birdfood outside of our window so we were able to enjoy watching the birds eat. Ray and Anne really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, which we are very grateful for. We 100% recommend this place!

Located in Sticklepath village on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, Brookside Cottage is just a 10-minute drive from Okehampton. Free WiFi is offered. The owners were very hospitable and helpful, and we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was great. A lovely place to break a journey..
