There is so much to love about this log cabin! First of all, the hosts are wonderful. They answered all of our questions before our stay, and when we arrived, they met us at the door and showed us around the cabin personally. They even treated us to some snacks and homemade brandy! I didn't know I like brandy, but now I love it. The cabin is gorgeous and spacious and has everything we needed, including a washing machine, games, ponchos, and all the little things we didn't have room to pack. The front porch is huge and was perfect for my afternoon nap. The surrounding village is lovely, and Plitvice Lakes is very close. If we ever return to this beautiful area, this will be the first booking we make.

The apartment is a detached house. Very nice hosts, speaking fluently English and German. The biggest breakfast as I ever have seen. There are a big supermarket 2 minutes going by a car.

It’s 5 minutes from Entrance 2 of Plitvice National Park and there are amazing restaurants within 15 minutes and a grocery store 3 minutes away if you want to cook instead (yes, there’s a full kitchen in the home). There is nowhere else I’d stay if visiting Plitvice!

Located in Seliste Dreznicko, this air-conditioned holiday home features an outdoor swimming pool as well as a garden with a barbecue and sun terrace. The welcome from Dragana walking us through the log cabin and the refreshments on arrival were most unexpected and very much appreciated. It is hard to beat the location - barely a 10 minute drive from entrance 1 to the national park but well enough away from the main highway so you don’t hear any traffic. After we arrived, the kids just wanted to spend the day at the cabin which says it all.
