They are very polite and they will make sure you’ll have the best experience while staying at the Kerela cottage. The cottages themselves are very well maintained, it’s very clean, the furniture is durable and the set up is very cozy. It has all facilities you need to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, is also delightful start of they day. With seaside view, awesome food and top service. I would rate the place and it’s personal the highest grade. If you stayed over you understand why it has such a high rating.

There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa has family rooms. We spent 3 nights in the treehouse and really enjoyed our stay ! The view is just amazing, surrounded by nature, you can only hear the sound of wildlife and even spot some animals. The family running the place is really nice, they showed us around and we even had a demonstration of Kalaripayattu, the martial art of Kerala. And the food is amazing ! Jodie is a really good cook. Best Parotha we've tried in India. We recommend this place 100% !

By far, this place is the best stay we had in Munnar! This property was near the centre of the city, abit hills side which made the climate perfect! Everything was very near for us. The host and his son (Ashik) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our stay here went amazing. The room was very clean. The hot water was working well. No issues with the toilet flush, clean linen and bedsheets. The fan was working well. Absolutely Perfect stay!
