Just beside the Aso Submersible Bridge. The quality of the house is so excellent that it is too underrated and the photos don’t do justice. The actual house seems to be so better and witty visiting.

River, Mountain Retreat at 四万十Accommodation is situated in Mihara Village. The property features mountain and garden views. Rosie is one of the best parts of this accommodation. Not only her friendliness welcomed us well at the beginning, but also the talk and recommendations about planning the trip. The mosquito net is another thing that we really like.

Featuring free WiFi, Oyamanoyado Michitsuji is an 100-year old, traditional Japanese-style home in Otoyocho. Free private parking is available on site. This place is divine in all aspects. The stunning views over the valley and river, the wonderful traditional house, the excellent cooking of the lady of the house (best we’ve eaten in Japan) but most of all the warm and very personable welcome the hosts gave us. This was a stay we will always remember and cherish. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommended!
