Staff are so kind, location is so good. Breakfast is so delicious and room is so clean. Swimming pool is so clean and wonderful, water temperature ia so suitable. Restroom is also clean and water pressure is so good.

Lovely spot, lovely pool and garden, rooms and outdoor space are beautifully decorated with genuine art. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The meals are great, home cooked and good value. The hosts are lovely people, very attentive and caring, they were above and beyond helpful and helped us organize our sightseeing. They have a tuk tuk driver at a reasonable rate, he is also lovely, he gave us cold water and cold cloths to cool off at every stop.

Beautiful little hotel, conveniently located near the city centre and Angkor Wat. Caroline wasn’t there but Fabien did everything to make us fell comfortable, helping us with everything from hiring a guide and transportation to booking theatre tickets. The place is very quiet, the pool is lovely and well kept and the food served by the restaurant is AMAZING! I strongly recommend staying here, specially if you’re travelling with kids.

Situated in Siem Reap, less than 1 km from King's Road Angkor, Cozy Boutique Villa Siem Reap features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Eath, the manager was fantastic. He helped us book bicycles etc for our trip to Ankor Wat. Nothing was too much for him to help with. Amazing person and fabulous place. Highly recommend.
