The fact it was delivered and setup in the cabana just made this an unforgettable setup. Candle lit dinner was the best meal & setup we had during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. Room - beautifully constructed, no expenses spared, no cutting corners. Quality products have been used to create beautiful rooms, all just stunning,no details forgotten. Beautiful furniture, felt very special and bespoke. Garden- landscape was well maintained, beautiful flowers, trees and bushes. Other - thank for you arranging the lodgings and food for our driver too! Activities- nice and quiet area,but still nice walk to mall, park, markets and the old post office nearby. Keep doing what you do , lovely to see such a beautiful spot , staff with smiles on their faces every time. Thank you for the fruit and delicious sandwich for our drive back to Colombo

A very cosy ,peacefull ,relaxing and a well looked after property . The staff was extremely good especially the chef who cooked an excellent dinner and some lovely homemade cookies Definitely a place to recommend 👍👍👍

Conveniently situated in Nuwara Eliya, La Grande Villa provides express check-in and check-out and free private parking. Fantastic stay in a central but quiet position, 10 min walk to Victoria Park or downtown. Very c9mfortabke stay.We lived the patio with the 2 swings, the enormous jacuzzi and plenty of hot water, the heater for the cool nights. The food was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. They gave us complimentary hot drinks at arrival and check out and many other complimentary things, will keep them a secret.:) The staff was great, polite, and smiling. The garden and flowers are pure beauty! Le Grande villa gives you a very boutique feel. They accept Visa, Mastercard incl.Revolut. It didn't work on through my phone but the physical R card worked, in case this might interest anyone. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Would prefer over the Grand, for the boutique feel.

Cottage San Francesco ligger i Nuwara Eliya, under 6,9 km fra Gregory-søen og 14 km fra Hakgala Botaniske Have. The property is solidly built. The cold wind was howling around the whole night but the building withstood all the battering without a complaint. The trees all round were getting huge battering. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were modern with some nice lighting. The wooden floors were sparkling clean and the staff would have taken tremendous amount of efforts to keep it that way

Lily Bank Cottage ligger under 5,1 km fra Gregory-søen og 12 km fra Hakgala Botaniske Have i Nuwara Eliya. Der tilbydes indkvartering med opholdsområde. Very nice place, clean and comfortable and helpful owner. In a quiet area but a short walk to town using a short cut. Helped arrange a tuk tuk for a tour of the surrounding areas.

Kent Cottage ligger i Nuwara Eliya, 2,6 km fra Gregory-søen og 7,2 km fra Hakgala Botaniske Have. Der er have og udsigt til haven. Denne villa har gratis privat parkering og døgnåben reception. Kent Cottage was excellent! We were treated like royalty from arrival until our departure. The food was excellent! I recommend having dinner + breakfast there! Warm room, clean shower. My favourite stay in Sri Lanka.

Thuring's Holiday Bungalow ligger i Nuwara Eliya, 600 m fra Gregory-søen. Der er grillfaciliteter, bjergudsigt og gratis privat parkering på stedet. The place is very clean and neat, we had fresh flowers in the room. The towels and bed linen are clean and feel nice and fresh. The location is up the hill, not close to the city centre, but very close to tea plantations and a nice 10 min road to Gregory lake. The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

Tea Hills Bungalow ligger i Hatton. Der tilbydes gratis wi-fi på chaletens fællesområder. Samtlige ferieboliger har ventilator, fladskærms-tv med kabelkanaler, opholdsområde med sofa samt skrivebord. Hotellet blev drevet af en familie og de gør stedet til en god oplevelse. Deres lokale Sri Lankanske køkken specialiteter var en stor oplevelse.
