We enjoyed the time we had outside of the horrible experience with our hotel (Comfort Inn) when we first arrived and had to leave it less than an hour after we checked in! I would not recommend the Comfort Inn by the Airport! We had to find another hotel with clean bed linens, floors, working phone and WiFi and we did not feel safe there!!! Worst hotel experience in my life!

Wish I would have had more time to explore.
Wish I would have had more time to explore. There were so many options for good food. The few I tried did not disappoint. Just driving around I saw so many beautiful spots I want to return to. Did stop by the mall and was not impressed. But you don't travel to visit the mall. Found a great park to take my kid, and it was so nice and shaded by big trees.

Horrible, from the front desk clerk to the room, which had used feminine products left in the room along with the filters setting out not in the air condition. I requested to have my family on the same floor, but we were placed on different floors. What a horrible experience. Upon traveling for ten hours, the front desk clerk was not friendly and acted as though we were disturbing her by listening to her music on her headset; yes, she was wearing a headset, but she just laid my credit card on the without saying anything to me. I could walk away without knowing my credit card was on the corner if I didn't look down. What is happening to customer service today? If they do not want to work, let them go, please. Hire someone who will work.

The traffic to enter the city is simply a nightmare, add at least another hour to your trip for the last 5 miles of interstate to enter Baton Rouge. Food is good in the city, we really enjoyed our dinner at Gino's Italian restaurant and lunch at Bistro Bryonz.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean and the elevators were mopped and cleaned regularly and it smelled very fresh every time I rode the elevator. Since 2015 Baton Rouge Louisiana has been very hard to deal with employees and managers at front desk it is hard to communicate with them it’s about me and another significant I think?? They seem furious when I try to check in they never let me check in
We had booked this hotel to see an american football match at LSU stadium and on arrival at the hotel we asked how we should travel there as we didnt want to drive into town. The manageress called Janet said we'd be unlikely to get a cab and offered to have one of the staff (a young guy called Dontrelle) drive us in her own car to the game! He also came back and collected us after the game in his car and return us to the hotel!! Outstanding customer service and both should be congratulated.
I have stayed here often. All of the staff is like family. Breakfast is great, giftshop is nice. The coffee is always going. The proximity to LSU is perfect. I prefer to stay here for all of my visits to Baton Rouge. It is secure and offers plenty additional space to bring guests for entertaining and spaces for my remote work.
The staff was the best part of the stay. Attentive, professional and personable.
The hotel has seen better days: the air conditioning unit was struggling to work properly, the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly and the carpet had stains and needed a deep cleaning.
Overall, not a bad stay but this place has seen better days.
Breakfast was wonderful and hot , beds super clean and comfortable love the complimentary mini dove soaps by the shower smells so good and the the front desk receptionist name Regan Has Exceptional Customer Service from the time of my booking til the end of my stay . Highly recommend this hotel .
We only stayed at this hotel overnight but all of the facilities that we used were top grade. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, the bar/restaurant area welcoming and all areas very clean. Valet parking was super easy and reception all smooth. Location was great.
Breakfast was what I expected, but I was not disappointed. A light breakfast is fine with me. We appreciate the cleanliness of the room and a hard floor goes a long way toward that. We have stayed in a Tru hotel before and liked it enough to book again.
The apartment is very clean and confortable. Everything is brand new and in perfect conditions. It is located in a quiet area. It has a reserved parking place. It is perfect for either a short or a long stay. Downtown is a few minutes by car.
The view from our room was EVERYTHING!!! We were extremely GRATEFUL that we had a room with a view of the water. The location was very nice and the price was right. If we ever come back, we will stay at Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge.
Nothing. The place was s disgrace. The room was filthy. The hotel was being renovated and should be closed until completed
It was so dirty we Put our luggage one bed and slept in the other. Thank God it was only for one night.
We love how easy it was to get around town due to the location of the hotel. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was one of the best ones we had at a hotel stay.
The pool was amazing - biggest I've seen in Baton Rouge. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious - like a Resident Inn but bigger. Definitely would stay there again for the price.
