Offering captivating views across the city skyline within walking distance of the vibrant Downtown area and Burj Khalifa, the newly opened The St. If we keep coming back to this place there must be a reason. exceptional service and beautiful huge rooms. Nice breakfast and internal restaurants. this year the weather was so nice that we had breakfast everyday on the patio overlooking the water, really refreshing. beside the great experience in the hotel, the place is very convenient in terms of location and there is always a taxi waiting for passengers outside, removing any waiting time. It's the little things like this that sets a place apart from others!

The First Collection Business Bay is a modern, stylish hotel located in the Business Bay district and is 1.6 km away from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Hotel location was great. Easy to get to. Room was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Laundry service was perfect and on time. Room service was great.

It was my first time in Dubai, and all was perfect with this hotel. We arrived late, the staff was very kindly. The room and the whole hotel are very clean. We really feel that it's a Swiss hotel. Everything looks premium. The breakfast was very complete. You will find salty and sweaty meals with a lot of choices. We didn't have a hairdryer in our room. We asked the reception and 5 minutes after we received it in our room. The swimming pool is at 30 degrees, not deep, but it's okay if you want to swim and also if you have kids. We have tested both bar and restaurant, prices a good, not too expensive and not too low. Cocktails are very good also. We have used the PCR test service. A nurse came to our room and made it very quickly for 250dhm per person. Results received in the evening. I didn't tell the hotel that it was my birthday but they noticed I didn't know how. So, they offered a birthday cake in our room. To conclude, nothing negative in 6 days. Very beautiful and friendly personal! 😄
