The Mercure Graz City is located a few steps from the historic centre of Graz, only 400 m from the Schlossberg with the town's landmark, the clock tower. We had to cancel our stay with such short notice that we were not elegible for refund. The hotel offered a room for no extra charge at a later date, which we appriciated recently.

This modern hotel next to the Main Train Station in Graz is within a 10-minute walk from the historic Old Town and the Kunsthaus. Facilities include a fireside lounge and a breakfast terrace. Super nice staff - friendly, helpful. The room was clean, comfortable (the bed was amazing), huge shower, even had a nespresso machine. Great location - right next to the train station.
