They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. To add a personal touch, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand-written letter in my room welcoming me to the hotel. It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me feel special and appreciated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. From the room, to the facilities, to the service, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the famous Opera House in Vienna, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The staff team is amazing and truly made my stay a memorable one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

L'Hotel Sans Souci Wien està situat just davant del barri dels museus i a 5 minuts a peu del bulevard de Ringstrasse, al centre de Viena. L'spa Sans Souci és gran i inclou una piscina coberta. The breakfast was really nice and elegantly set and the staff at the restaurant is always kind. I got the junior suite and it was really comfortable and had plenty of wardrobe space, the pillow menu is also formidable, decoration and furnishing is really nice.

L'Hotel Sacher, d'estil tradicional, està situat al centre de Viena, davant de l'Òpera Estatal i al costat del carrer de Kärntner Strasse. Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️

Exceptional breakfast and a room of good size. The location was good and the staff were amazing. Afternoon. tea time was also a very good surprise.
