From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. To add a personal touch, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand-written letter in my room welcoming me to the hotel. It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me feel special and appreciated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. From the room, to the facilities, to the service, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the famous Opera House in Vienna, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The staff team is amazing and truly made my stay a memorable one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

Everything about our stay was delightful. Staff courteous and helpful. Surroundings and furniture made us feel like a King and Queen. Highly recommend a stay here.
