Large room, very comfortable bed with lots of pillows, good cooling, great bathroom, refrigerator. Stay were very helpful. Good location. Very walkable to a number of places of interest.

We chat with her a lot and she answered all of our questions, provided good suggestions of places to eat, etc. She doesn't speak English but all is well since Google Translate helps everything in our communication. Hotel Pasko ligger i centrum af Santiago, 400 m fra Santa Lucia-bakken, og har have, terrasse samt bar. The room was nice and big- very comfortable bed. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I’m don’t speak Spanish but , several staff spoke enough English so,that we could communicate. The breakfast was very nice and came with many choices…even scrambled eggs could be ordered. As a woman traveling alone, I felt quite safe. The staff volunteered to help with my luggage which I greatly appreciated. They offered to do many thoughtful things,,,,,e.g. while I waited outside for my Uber, a staff brought me coffee. I definitely recommend Hotel Pasko and would stay here again. My travel agent booked this hotel for me and I had a good nightly rate.
