Excellent service from our arrival until our departure. We were met at the entrance of the hotel, and helped with our luggage, shown to our room which was delightful, and with a spectacular view. Only a 15-minute walk from Anibal Pinto Square, New Voga Guesthouse offers rooms with free WiFi in an old Victorian-style house constructed by German immigrants in 1880. The whole experience was amazing. The room is super cozy and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Paula, the manager, was very gentle and friendly with us.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and most courteous. Our two night stay was great. Comfortable and spacious room with lots of natural light. The breakfast was exceptional with very fresh produce and healthy options. Communication with all staff members was a breeze, they all understood and spoke English most fluently. Thank you is an understatement ☺️ will surely recommend a stay at Casa Galos. They also helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure.
