Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. As part of Parkview Green FangCaoDi, the new iconic landmark of Beijing, Hotel Éclat occupies a prime location, steps away from Ritan Park and the embassies district. A more than wonderful hotel. The stay was comfortable. Everything was available in the room, from a massage chair and a spacious balcony with views. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom chair has a bidet and a dryer, and it works electronically. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work professionally, giving you a sense of luxury. They always accompany you when needed and when you leave for pickup. A taxi is something they count on, and upon departure they gave us a box of micron candy. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. I hope to visit again soon.
