Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road, an IHG Hotel is located in the centre of Shanghai, 300 metres from Pedestrian Street of East Nanjing Rd..... My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

English-speaking staff. Great location within walking distance to the Bund, Nanjing Street, and Yuying Garden. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Big spacious room with a huge shower and separate bathtub. Very comfortable bed. Overall no complaints, great hotel. Would stay here again.

Relatively large rooms, well equipped. Cleaning maintenance is very good with attention to the accessories (hygienic and basic cosmetic supplies of good quality and generously exist in the room). Welcoming atmosphere, very convenient and large lobby area that enables long stay both for social and for business' meeting.

Rooms were spacious and beautiful, location is very good. Tge concierge (Ray) was above and beyond and helped us with just about every aspect of the trip.
