Also, man with glasses on, he gave exceptional service, providing recommendation for nearby restaurants.

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Twelfe at Hengshan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Shanghai ligger langs veien Hengshan, bare 3 minutters gange fra Hengshan tunnelbanestasjon. Location is great. We never had breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

Set in Shanghai and within 1.6 km of Jing'an Temple, Lemon Hotel - Metro Line 1 Line 7 Changshu Road 200 meters has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Super friendly staff!! They even came to pick me up a few streets away because I was lost and did not know how to reach the place! The place is brand new, super comfy. Bed and pillows were very comfy. I loved the bathroom, well designed with a lock, a private dry area to hang clothes and change and a spacious shower with different types of shower heads and even shower gel & shampoo! The place is super well located, right across the metro station which is close to Jiang Temple (one station away)! Very nice common area with great view from the 18th floor ))
