The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. I have got upgraded room and asked for balcony, which I had to pay extra, but it was fabulous. I love room so much, that I am going to book it for my next visit. Location and breakfast were great as well and I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Newly opened in 2007, this 4-star hotel in Karlovy Vary is situated in the heart of the famous spa centre, directly on the colonnade mere minutes from the healing springs. The location is excellent in the centre of the town. This is a quality hotel with fine furnishings. We were very comfortable. Parking was available which was a bonus. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and sufficent for us.

The Hotel Thermal is one of the largest spa hotels in the city of Karlovy Vary, situated close to the colonnade. The hotel is a 5*+ in my opinion. The multiple SPA facilities, many special saunas, food and drinks at the highest level. The receptionist DENIS SYKERYNEK, saw that we are veteran citizens He treated us above a reasonable level, with generosity, patience and hospitality. He went beyond his duties. He booked us a bus and saved us 12 hours of waiting at the airport. He guided and explained everything that was not clear to us. Exceptional room service. The cleanliness of the room is perfect. Anna ( ANUTA) went out of her way to change the sheets when we didn't ask because she thought otherwise. We had a perfect stay!
