Hotelul Carlton, complet renovat, se află la numai 4 stații de tramvai sau la 5 minute de centrul orașului Praga și oferă camere cu aer condiționat și WiFi gratuit. Locația aproape de principalele atracții ale Pragăi. Stația de tramvai la 2 minute de mers pe jos. La plecare pentru că am plecat foarte dimineață, gazdele ne-au pregătit 3 pachete cu sandwichuri, apă, ceva dulce și fructe, astfel încât am beneficiat de micul dejun, în ciuda plecării foarte matinale.

Hotelul Golden City Garni este o proprietate privată, situată în zona bine conservată Žižkov, în apropiere de centrul orașului. Acesta reprezintă o bază excelentă pentru a explora Praga. Hotel Garni was "nothing special" I guess you could say, but they got everything perfectly right... and it was a lot better than I ever expected. Location was perfect, just a few stops from the main station in a trendy, fun neighborhood, with music clubs, beer, and plenty of late-night food available. Yet, it wasn't too noisy at night. View from the window was nice too, and of course it was very easy to get back to the train station for my morning exit. Service was professional, discreet, and non-invasive. Check-in took just a few minutes, and there were snacks and drinks to purchase right next to the check-in counter, which was perfect. I asked for a quiet room upstairs, and that's exactly what I got. Beds were very comfortable, mattresses firm and fairly new. Blanket was extra warm. Electricity was on the "key" system (key has to be in the room to keep it on, requiring you to shut it off when you leave), however, they smartly kept the fridge off that system so it continued to keep food and drinks cold while I was out on the town. Excellent! Bathroom was small, but all modern and new. Hot water was very quick, and the shower was designed so water didn't leak all over the place while showering. Towels clean and fresh, soap provided at sink and in shower as well. All around, just a really excellent place to stay, and I will keep it as my "go to" hotel whenever I'm in that section of Prague from now on. Very happy!
