I was late for the scheduled check-in time, I called the reception to warn them and they didn't mind waiting for me. It was no problem to get to the hotel after the reception had closed too. The breakfast is good. The bus stop is near the hotel and it is possible to get from the hotel to the Pankow underground station in 20 minutes. I can recommend this hotel.

يقع هذا الفندق ذو ال 3 نجوم في شمال حيّ بانكو في مدينة برلين، ويتمتع بسهولة الوصول إلى الطّريق السريع ايه 114 ووسط المدينة، ويبعد ميدان ألكسندر مسافة 15 دَقيقة بالسيارة. It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in front of bus stop and tram stop, it takes 30 minutes to get to the city center.the neighbourhood is calm. The staff are perfect and very helpful, they give us an early check in at 09.00 am ! It was really helpful after overnight train from paris. Will definitely come back here everytime i go to berlin. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

The location is great and near the train station. We parked our car on the street and take the train to the city center without having to worry about parking in the city. The facilities are clean and comfortable.
