Very friendly staff that is always willing to help. We arrived a little too early for check in, but were allowed to drop our suitcases at the reception and go explore the city. Same was after checking out. We received all the help and information we needed. Also loved the hotel aesthetic. I definitely would love to stay here again during my next visit to Düsseldorf.

This privately-run, 3-star hotel is situated in a peaceful side street in the pretty area of Oberkassel, Düsseldorf, only 30 metres from Belsenplatz and its U-Bahn (underground) station. Very helpfull staff who helped me out with few questions I had. Location is good and there are good restaraunts close by.

The breakfast was excellent. Many choices.Surprising nice place with surprise of lively garden, breakfast room and large cozy sitting room for relaxing, reading etc. outside bedroom.
